- All persons occupying pre-approval control functions as of from 1 December 2011
- All persons appointed to controlled functions after 1st March 2012
- All persons occupying controlled functions from 1st December 2012
Failure by any person(s) to comply, or satisfy the Central Bank as to an ability to comply with the Fitness and Probity Standard may cause the person(s) to be the subject of a prohibition notice under section 43 of the Act.
